Bright Leisure automates the routine work across your parks with robots and AI. That frees up time for hospitality, raises quality and brings costs down.

Results in practice
Four Kress KR285E robots mow the grass around the accommodations at EuroParcs IJssel Eilanden, all season long. They work quietly and autonomously, as much as possible out of the guest’s sight. That keeps the park continuously well-kept, with less manual work and less pressure on the team.

Work out what that could mean for your park, with your own figures. Enter two things and see an indication straight away.

Please note: this is a rough indication. What a park actually needs varies by site and depends on terrain variation, obstacles and your preferences. We always assess it park by park and work out the exact picture together. Indicative and excl. VAT.
Work out the business case togetherWhat we do
We only bring in what truly fits your park or service, and make sure your own people can carry it forward.
Mowing and cleaning robots take work off your hands, indoors and out, day and night.
Tools and AI agents we build together with parks, from staffing tools to AI-driven maintenance.
We leave the knowledge with your own team, so it keeps running without us.
Our platform
The platform park chains use to normalise front-office and staffing hours. Fixed against flex, per park and per month, so you steer on facts instead of separate arrangements per site.
Across all your parks you see exactly how much fixed and how much flex you need, per season. No overcapacity in the low season, no gaps at the peak.

“Bright Leisure gave us an enormous acceleration with AI on maintenance, staff deployment and guest experience. And the inspiring, hands-on approach has set a lasting change in motion in how we look at AI and robotics and how we work with them.”

Why Bright Leisure
Bright Leisure doesn't come from tech, but from the parks themselves. More than ten years at Landal GreenParks, the largest holiday provider in the Netherlands, including responsibility for launching the guest app and digitalising operations.
Not an agency shouting from the outside. Someone who gets how your business actually works.
Continuity & service
With several robots the work continues if one drops out. We monitor remotely and the robot reports itself, so we often step in before you notice. If something breaks down we help the next working day (Next Business Day); preventive maintenance, blades, batteries and winter maintenance are in the service contract.
The robots come from established manufacturers (Kress, Gausium) with their own parts and service channel, and for on-site installation and maintenance we work with fixed partners. Software and tools run in your own environment and stay with the park. So continuity doesn't hang on a single party.
We roll out in a controlled way: a few sites first, then chain-wide, with one national service and management structure underneath. You start small, build experience and scale on proven quality, no big-bang.
Robots take over the routine work, so hours spent on mowing and cleaning go down. That happens in a controlled way, via flex staffing and natural turnover, and the time freed up shifts to guest contact and quality. We help you explain it to your team and works council.

“Deploying the cleaning robot means a cleaner environment and time saved. While the robot takes care of the floor, our cleaners can get on with their other tasks. The fast service and short lines with Bright Leisure are something I really appreciate.”
